Use this form to delete your Ballpark+ or 90N account, or your child's athlete profile. You don't need the app or to be signed in.

If you signed in with Apple, use the email Apple shared with us.

Which app?

Ballpark+ and 90N share one account, so deleting it removes it from both.

Whose account?

What happens next

  1. We email the address on the account to confirm the request came from you.
  2. Within 30 days we delete the account and its personal information: your profile, test results, health information, reward points, tickets linked in the app, photos and notifications.
  3. We email you when it's done.

We may keep a small number of records the law requires, such as order and payment records, for as long as it requires. Deleting an account can't be undone.
